- 55-minute, private and confidential sessions that can be used at your discretion and pace
C Suite Executive Coaching

Your C Suite Executive Coaching includes:
- 90-minute, private and confidential sessions for the team
- The team prioritizes what's most important and time is allocated to major topics to allow for clarification, debate, and resolution
Included in all coaching flights
The following benefits and “fine print” are applicable to all coaching flights with Kimberley.
- A self-directed scheduling platform for easy booking—on your time
- Conducted via Zoom for safety during COVID, and accessibility for those outside of the Pikes Peak Region
- 2 email communications between sessions—to stay connected and accountable
- Documented next steps and accountability for key actions from each session
- Private and confidential sessions—a safe place to say exactly what's on your mind
- In force for 12 months or 12 sessions, whichever comes first. Flights expire at the end of 12 months
- A "home base" for coaching in the form of a private Basecamp project, with access to Actions and Resources
- Payable at the beginning of the engagement
