Beyond Great: While written for private sector leaders, the six key areas for delivering total stakeholder impact have the potential to strengthen nonprofit organizational durability and impact for years to come.
Those six key areas are:
- economic value: which can be translated to financial health
- consumer well-being: which can be translated to client well-being
- ethical values and principles
- environmental sustainability
- social enablement
